How to use Cardarine (GW501516)

The recommended dose is 10 mg/ml once a day. (Half Life 24 hours)
Can be taken 1 hour before workout/exercise or broken into 2 doses morning and evening. (12 hour spacing)

For bodybuilders recommended dosing  upto 20 mg per day.

Do not exceed 20 mg per day.

A cycle can last from 4-6 weeks depending on your goals.
